Guys, this is already an older thread but wanted to share my experiences here quickly. I own the Powerbeats Pro and took them with me on skiing vacation. We were driving there (so no flights). The village was on around 1000m height above sea level. When we drove home, I‘ve noticed the beats button on my right beats pod got stuck.That earbud will be the microphone even if you remove it from your ear or put it in the case. If the materials used in the device are not heat resistant, even the repetitive putting it in and out if your ear can make them rigid in the long run. Found the solution to my problem it is holding down the mode button for 20 seconds reset and started right back up. omfg thank you, was gonna have a heart attack after unfolding them and them not turning on ive been trying fr like half an hour.
